We’re hiring a landscaping specialist to provide high-quality services for our customers at the best rate! As a landscaping technician for Heroes Lawn Care, you will meet with the customer to create beautiful landscape solutions, tailored to their needs. You will make recommendations on additional products and services that may be needed for the property. You will discuss potential problems and solutions and services just for the customer. Requires following through with customers until all issues are sufficiently solved. Will work with the General Manager and Owner to optimize production efficiency and ensure the highest degree of customer service. You will utilize top-of-the-line vehicles, equipment and digital route resources to complete the job. We need you to be a HERO for our customers! Responsibilities: • Provide reliable, high-quality customer support • Assist the customer, offering recommendations and guidance for beautiful landscape solutions • Operate equipment such as a lawn aerator and trimmer • Responsibly and adequately utilize herbicides, fungicides and other chemicals necessary to treat customer lawns • Uses all available resources and manuals to execute assigned tasks • Completes all tasks and documentation in a timely manner • Respond effectively to customer requests and complaints while making appropriate recommendations • Be adequately cross-trained in other fields such as sprinkler systems Qualifications: • Superb customer service skills • Minimum high school diploma or GED • Must have at least one or more years of experience in the lawn service industry or related field experience • Must have a working knowledge of CRM programs • Clean, safe driving record and pass internal insurance check in order to drive a company vehicle • Technical knowledge and proficiency with tools, equipment, procedures, and techniques of lawn care and fertilization • High energy, positive attitude, and forward-thinking Compensation: $17 - $19 hourly
