    Collaboratively work with the Human Resources team to support various projects, programs and initiatives.  Direction, support and development will come directly from the Vice President of HR.  Role will eventually transition into an HR Business partner, with direct support for the one business segment of the company. 

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Oversee critical company programs – Educational Assistance, Retirement, & Service Awards.
    • Assist VP of HR with philanthropic initiatives.
    • Provide administrative support as needed.
    • Assist with new hire process and management.
    • Culture and Engagement champion.
    • Support Training & Development departmental needs.
    • Lead various HR projects and initiatives.
    • Assume HR Business Partner responsibilities upon readiness: Supporting the business with Hiring, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Talent Planning, Employee Relations, Training, Development, Overall strategy & Business growth.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Previous experience in human resources or training and development.
    • Knowledge of principles, practices and standards of human resource administration.
    • Knowledge of the methods and procedures used in collecting analyzing, interpreting and reporting data.
    • Collaborative team player.
    • Outstanding MS Office proficiency.
    • Excellent organization and communication skills.
    • 3-5 years experience in human resources or training and development.
    • Previous experience in conflict resolution.
    • Project management leadership.
