POSITION MISSION / SUMMARY

As the Billing Coordinator reporting to the Accounting Supervisor you’ll be a strategic business partner who is responsible for the accuracy of the complete billing process.  These activities provide Americas Converting with a solid financial platform by driving strategic business objectives and shareholder value.  The ideal candidate will have two years in an Accounting role and will provide accurate and timely financial reporting to ensure we meet our business objectives. 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following.

DAILY BILLING

• Review and process daily invoice exceptions report for multiple Americas Converting (AMC) SAP locations within specific deadlines
• Review accuracy and process approved Debit/Credit requests for AMC SAP locations
• Generate report and verify items that have shipped but not billed
• Manage and track exceptions until resolved
• Provide training and support to the Customer Service Team as needed

MONTH END

• Generate various month end reports to distribute to Leadership
• Coordinate with Customer Service Team to ensure all billings are complete for the month

SUPPORT ACCOUNTING TEAM

• Compile documentation periodically requested by Auditors
• Provide support to the Costing Team as needed
• Ad hoc reports and analyses; opportunities to gain knowledge in other areas

Strong analytical skills are preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
