JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Fleet Ordering Analyst
JOB PURPOSE:
Build Models specifications as need for new, pre-owned and Dealer stock fleet purchases.
Complete analysis on vehicle specifications and colors as needed.
Perform Quality and Assurance audits on all new model builds to ensure models used for ordering are 100% accurate.
Work with Fleet Services Team in Oklahoma to ensure accuracy and timeliness of Models and Purchase Orders.
Work with Contract Management to ensure models match our contractual obligations.
Responsible for printing and/or getting purchase order recap information to manufacturers, dealers and brokers as needed and directed by Fleet Services in Oklahoma.
Analyze vehicle models to ensure correct capacities for fuel tank and MSRP are used
Assists the Lifecycle Holding Cost Modeling team (Offers Team) with any necessary reporting and analytics.
Special projects as assigned by supervisor or manager
KEY-RESULT AREAS:
Timely and accurate building of models for new model year, new models, and pre-owned models.
Timely and accurate creation of requisitions
Timely and accurate analysis of models and features to support customer satisfaction and financial targets.
Quality and Assurance auditing to ensure orders are accurate and vehicles are delivered as expected.
Effective and professional written and verbal communications with all parties involved in the ordering process.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
College degree or equivalent experience
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Experience in leadership and organizational skills are required as well as knowledge of rental or business fleets and/or the automotive industry.
KNOWLEDGE:
Automotive manufacturer processes
Knowledge of Fleet Systems (Tandem FOS, CARRENT, ASAP, VISION)
Purchasing experience and or payables experience
Expertise with Microsoft Excel & Tableau
SKILLS:
