JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
JOB PURPOSE:
The Identity Access Analyst is responsible for managing identities for Hertz system users and provision access to Data and Applications
BUSINESS IMPACT:
This role has an impact on our employee productivity and assures safe and secure access to Hertz Information systems
JOB CONTRIBUTIONS- WHAT WIL YOU DO
IDENTITY ACCESS MANAGEMENT
Provision and or remove access to data, systems, and applications in a diverse global environment
Manage the lifecycle of all Hertz System Users, Service Accounts and Privileged Accounts from provisioning to deletion
Fulfill Identity Access requests correctly and within SLA, with high quality and attention to detail
Respond to Identity Access incidents and resolve password and access issues within prescribed SLAs
Support PCI and SOX initiatives with access reviews and user revalidation process
Assist with implementation, testing and rolling out Identity Access automation, multifactor authentication and remote Access tools
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Drive customer requests to complete resolution
Facilitate quick onboarding of new hires
Handle all private user information discretion and keep sensitive information private
TEAMWORK
Aid in provisioning Internet and VPN access
Work with application teams to define and refine role-based access
Work closely with user community to facilitate Single-Sign-On and Multi-factor authentication across all Hertz entities
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Strong background managing access for a Windows environment, hands-on experience in Windows Security Stack
Experience working with IAM tools like Savyint, Okta, Cisco VPN, Oracle IAM, Microsoft AD, Office 365
Mainframe experience a plus
Sales Force experience a plus
Experience with Oracle Financials, Oracle Analytics and Tableau preferred
High-level understanding of authentication technologies, such as SAML, Web Tokens, AWS security roles, etc
Ability to operate in a high-velocity and distributed team environment
Experience solving complex access issues and executing permission changes based on evolving information
Previous experience working with O365, NTFS permissions, and Active Directory Groups
Excellent customer service skills
Experience working with auditors and compliance teams
