    Hess III Consulting has celebrated year over year annual growth throughout our 14-year history; we are now looking to accelerate our expansion by engaging new customers. Hess III Consulting offers traditional business management consulting services to health and human services providers in Arizona. Additionally, we have launched our intelligence vault which provides with on-demand access to practice management tools, templates and training options to provide turn-key capacity to small and medium health and human service providers; enabling them to plug-and-play their services and programs. This position offers significant flexibility in your approach, while being supported with clearly defined benchmarks, a competitive incentive structure, a best-in-class network of experts and tools to support your success.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    10%

    • Engage warm leads, generated through marketing and public relations activities.

    • Identify new leads through market research, outbound phone, web and in-person engagement strategies.

    60%

    • Facilitate discovery and qualify leads to define their unique needs, aligned with H3C products and services. Document all identified leads and interactions in our customer relationship management platform.

    5%

    • Facilitate warm hand-offs to principles and participate in project scoping meetings for continuity, as applicable.

    • Coordinate with Director of Strategic Communications on development of new marketing collateral to support achieving sales benchmarks.

     

     

    QUALIFICATIONS: 

    • 1 to 3 years of sales experience, including products and services.
    • Experience selling healthcare related products and services preferred. 
    • Developed selling, customer relations and negotiation skills. 
    • Successful sales track record. 
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Must excel in time management, organizational skills and planning. 
    • Software: advanced knowledge of Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), SharePoint (preferred), Visio or comparable (preferred), Microsoft Project (preferred), Survey Monkey (preferred), webinar platforms (preferred)

     

    REQUIRED RESOURCES AND TOOLS:

    • Functional computer.
    • Reliable internet connectivity
    • Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); Hess III Consulting may provide, as needed.
    • Smart phone, capable of accepting email, text messages, outbound and inbound telephone calls; Hess III Consulting may provide, as needed.
    • Reliable transportation
    • Quiet location, free of background noise and distractions to participate in telephone and web-based meetings (conference calls, webinars etc.) 
    • LAN line is preferred

    COMPENSATION:

    • Competitive commission with no cap limits
    • Lucrative bonuses for achieving sales quota(s)
