    Essential Responsibilities:

    • Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair HVAC systems including forced warm air furnaces, low pressure boilers, hydronic heating systems, walk-in coolers, commercial water heaters, central air conditioning and environmental control systems.
    • Identify and repair potential electrical issues in light commercial and residential settings.
    • Follow state and local building codes.
    • Keep company vehicles and property clean and well maintained.
    • Utilize broad-based technical knowledge of environmental control systems.

     

    We’re it if this is You:

    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
    • Strong electrical background in light commercial and residential HVAC systems.
    • EPA Refrigerant Recovery Certification.
    • Working knowledge and passion for all things heating and cooling.
    • Valid driver’s license.
    • Ability to work independently and with a team.
    • Robust attention to detail, customer service and communication skills.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
