Learn more at hexagon.com. Responsibilities The ideal candidate will provide technical implementation services to customers using HGDs product suite. The applicant should possess strong analytical skills to be able to effectively troubleshoot and solve product application issues in a timely manner. The applicant must be able to apply basic principles, theories, and concepts to achieve resolution of moderate-to-complex technical issues. The applicant will interface directly with Hexagon regional software teams to provide project services to the customer. In addition, the applicant will interface directly with the Development, QA, and Services teams on a regular basis. As such, the applicant must be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Given the collaborative nature of this role, excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or related field1-5 years experience in a related field, knowledge of the utility industry a plusExperience with databases (Oracle or SQLServer) preferredKnowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio, HTML, XAML, XML, Jscript a plusMust be a U.S. citizen or green card holder
