    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative and Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of Hey Honey Beauty Company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and operations and will be able to multitask and prioritize effectively.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling, calendars, and organizing documents
    • Light bookkeeping using quick books
    • Assist with data entry and database management
    • Coordinate logistics
    • Handle customer inquiries in a professional manner
    • Manage inventory and office and operational supplies
    • Help with the preparation of reports and presentations
    • Support the management team in various tasks as needed

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Minimum of 2 years of administrative or operations experience
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Experience with inventory management and data entry preferred
    • Beauty Industry experience is a plus
