    Job Summary
    Our team is seeking a qualified candidate for an Accounting Clerk to provide accounting support to accounting supervisors and other managers within the department. Ensures files are complete and maintained as needed, handles accounts payable, data entry of confidential information, and assists accounting personnel.

    Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):
    This role will be responsible for accounting functions in addition to working on special projects.

    • Input Accounts Payable invoices and process for payment
    • Reconcile and process credit card statements
    • Verify and process vendor invoices and credit memos
    • Respond to vendor inquiries
    • File and maintain supporting documentation in a timely manner
    • Provide supporting documentation for audits
    • Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
    • Process three-way matching AP

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
    • AA or BS/BA in Accounting preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Sage 300/Timberline preferred.
    • Deadline driven, self-motivated, and technically savvy.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Superior time management skills.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to be flexible, take direction with ease, including changes to schedule and workflow priorities.
    • Critical thinking skills: make assessments and provide solutions to problems.
    • Superior customer service. Dedication to providing customers “White Glove Service”.
