We are searching for a COMMERCIAL SUPPORT ANALYST to join our ambitious Pronghorn Energy Services team, a division of Hi-Crush.

The Commercial Support Analyst will coordinate the asset management and carrier loads process for the Last Mile Service business line. Working closely with finance, supply chain, operations and the trucking logistics teams to track assets, reconcile trucking loads to the wellsite and process internal purchase.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

1. Review, reconcile and resolve variance of materials that are delivered to the wellsite against load out reports. This includes contacting third party providers.
2. Coordinate with suppliers and AP to resolve any carrier billing and payment issues.
3. Coordinate and partner with inter-company groups on ensuring accuracy of PropDispatch Data.
4. Ensure all activity reports are received from operations personnel to aid in the accurate billing of clients.
5. Consolidate and maintain tables of carrier specific pricing.
6. Set up and maintain purchase orders within enterprise software (IFS).
7. Track and manage assets to include registrations, light duty pickups, WEX cars and trailers.
8. Additional ad hoc reports or projects as assigned.

EDUCATION:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Accounting preferred

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

1. AP / AR experience preferred.
2. 2 years’ related experience with prior supply chain experience in the oilfield service sector is highly desirable.
3. Strong data analytics experience.
4. Proficiency utilizing ERP system, as well as advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
5. Technical fluency and enthusiastic about technology and how it can be leveraged to improve financial profitability and improve customer experience.
6. Capable of being successful in an emerging industry and business with relevant experience in defining and establishing processes and solutions.
7. Ability to transform data analytics into action; resulting in a positive impact to Hi-Crush and its customers.
8. Effective communicator, listener, and team player with strong interpersonal and written/oral communications skills.
9. Strong detail orientation.
10. Flexibility and adaptability in job assignments and new processes.
