    Job Description

    This position is not your average sales job -- this role focuses on attending events, meeting people, and sharing the need for HiWave. We are looking for someone to be the face of our brand. Someone excited, eager, and willing to promote HiWave all over NYC. We’re a growing web startup that sells digital products. You’ll have the chance to help build our company from the ground up. Responsibilities will include:

    • Building and scheduling lists of events
    • Attending NYC events of your choice 
    • Assign and coordinate events for other interns and employees to attend all across the country
    • Become fully acclimated with our brand and position 
    • Utilize strong communication skills to sell, WHY HiWave 
    • Collaborate on pitch writing with PR and marketing team 
    • Track and leverage data of events to plan and coordinate for future 
    • Research networking groups - get on the inside, meet new people, and share about HiWave

    Qualifications

    You might be perfect for this position if you are:

    • A huge people person, can walk up to anyone and spark a conversation

    • Natural sales person

    • Eager to share a story and excited to revitalize the world of networking 

    • Are pursuing or have completed a business/marketing degree, with an emphasis in digital media as a plus

    • A self-starter and excel in a fast-paced, creative environment

    • Analytical, and great at communication and conceptual skills

    • Detail-oriented, organized with the ability to work both independently and part of a team

    • Located in NYC or a commutable distance. Potential for candidates in other big cities
