    THE IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE:

    Hidden River Group is looking for mission-driven leaders with a passion for problem-solving who want to make a positive impact on their clients, teams, careers and communities.

    As an HRG Consultant, you will develop impactful solutions as you collaborate on challenging topics with fellow HRG team members and clients. You will typically be responsible for:

    • Owning significant components of a project
    • Developing stakeholder relationships
    • Framing problems
    • Analyzing data/information
    • Testing hypotheses
    • Leading and mentoring team members
    • Persuasively communicating findings to clients
    • Delivering and implementing recommendations

    Our consulting work is diverse. You'll have many opportunities to develop your professional experiences, skills, and network. You'll also receive exceptional training and mentoring during your time at Hidden River Group working directly with our leadership team and our senior clients.

    While we work primarily remotely, the place of work may be the client site, depending on the project, and projects can vary in length, size, and location, depending on the client’s challenge. While our clients operate all over the country, many of our clients are based in the Washington, DC area. Our team is free to work at home when physical presence is not required at the client site.

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's degree with strong academic track record
    • Healthcare coursework, internships, or professional experience in the areas of strategy, org design, operations, supply chain, or policy
    • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
    • Strong data analysis and quantitative skills
    • Ability to frame and communicate complex ideas
    • Curiosity, drive, and tenacity
    • Desire to have lots of fun

    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
    • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance and/or Personal Identity Verification (PIV) card issued by US federal government agencies

    OUR HIRING PROCESS:

    1. Initial call: We'll schedule a brief call to get to know each other a bit better
    2. Case interviews: We'll run through two interviews designed to simulate real-world challenges a consultant might face and will also give you the opportunity to highlight areas of your professional development
    3. Decision: We'll get back to you within 1-2 weeks of the case interviews
