Our client is seeking a Sales Associate with a strong background in industrial or technical sales, particularly in the field of radio frequency (RF) and microwave (MW) parts. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in facilitating customer needs and requests for these specialized parts, ensuring an informative, productive, and efficient experience while upholding a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to identify their specific part requirements, and provide product knowledge, maintenance advice, and support during installation.
• Prepare and deliver timely and professional parts sale quotations, ensuring clear and effective communication with customers.
• Contribute to inventory management by monitoring stock levels and collaborating with internal teams to fulfill demand.
• Proactively address customer dissatisfaction by devising creative solutions, especially in cases of backorders, damaged parts, or stock-outs.
• Collaborate with purchasing to optimize vendor selection and consolidate annual spending, driving efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Work closely with project management and engineering teams to develop tailored solutions for in-house or contract manufacturing.
• Design and execute targeted parts sales campaigns, with a focus on post-machine purchase follow-ups and recommendations for preventive maintenance spare parts.

Minimum Experience & Education

• Experience: 3-5 years in technical sales, marketing, RF, and/or MW applications.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's Degree in a technical field is highly preferred.
