    Higgins, Hopkins, McLain & Roswell, LLC is a growing law firm looking for an enthusiastic, professional Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our team! This position requires the person to work in the office full time. We offer a competitive salary that is commensurate with experience, starting at or above $45,000, depending on experience. Responsibilities: Duties include: • Maintaining the conference rooms and kitchen, watering office plants • Reporting on incoming and outgoing case filings daily • Downloading and saving incoming filings • Scheduling • Managing incoming and outgoing mailings • Assisting the Client & Billing Administrator with various tasks related to monthly client billing • Assisting the Firm Administrator with various tasks related to the administration of the office • Assisting the Legal Production team with various tasks as needed • Closed File management • The first line of defense on answering incoming phone calls • Managing incoming client emails and faxes • Assisting with travel arrangements as needed Qualifications: • High school diploma. G.E.D. or equivalent • At least one year of receptionist or administrative assistant, experience, or similar preferred • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office • Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations • Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills Compensation: $45,000+ DOE
