When the going gets tough, call in the High Altitude Technicians. We always have a spot on our team for the right person. 1-2 years of experience in the field is required. Just like joining any team: you have to try-out for one of these spots. If you got what it takes, come take your shot.

Description of duties/requirements:

Demonstrate proficiency in boom lift, swing stage, and rope access.

Clean windows, power wash, caulk, and/or perform sign work without direct supervision.

Have advanced knowledge in equipment usage, materials, safety data sheets, and PPE.

Plan jobs to be completed in the most effective order.

Manage job supplies and equipment. Pick up job supplies prior to normal working hours to prevent delays.

Complete jobs on time and on budget.

Commit to 100% quality on all jobs.

Complete required training.

Communicate clearly and effectively with customer when necessary.

Clearly communicate expectations with Assistants. Assist in their training and advancement.

Encourage a team environment.

Track and report time and materials for jobs.

Maintain security of access cards and keys.
