    The Brothers That Just Do Gutters is hiring a high-performance In-Home Sales Representative to sell premium gutter, gutter guard, and water-management solutions throughout the St. Louis metro area.

    This is a W-2, commission-based sales role for someone who is motivated by results, confident with homeowners, and comfortable asking for the sale. The right person is hungry, professional, competitive, and wants the opportunity to control their income.

    Most of our leads come from homeowners who contact us directly because they want or need our services. A successful rep can expect approximately 16–20 leads per week, creating a strong opportunity for someone who knows how to run appointments, build value, follow up, and close.

    Our current sales team sells over $1 million per year each, creating strong income potential while still maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

    Compensation

    This is a W-2 role paid on a straight 8% commission structure.

    Realistic annual earnings are typically $75,000–$100,000+, with top performers having the opportunity to earn more.

    This role is best suited for someone who is motivated by commission, wants to be paid based on performance, and is willing to do the work required to win.

    What You’ll Do

    As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will meet with homeowners, inspect their gutter and water-management needs, present premium solutions, and close profitable projects.

    Responsibilities include:

    Attending scheduled estimates on time and prepared

    Inspecting gutter systems and identifying homeowner needs

    Presenting premium gutter, gutter guard, and specialty gutter solutions

    Explaining product differences so customers understand the value of what they are buying

    Pricing new opportunities within 48 hours of the on-site visit using company production rates

    Following up consistently on all open bids until you get a clear “yes” or “no”

    Maintaining a minimum closing rate of 40%

    Targeting and pursuing profitable jobs

    Returning incoming calls professionally and promptly

    Maintaining accurate information in the company CRM

    Communicating job details clearly to production and field teams

    Asking customers for referrals and generating additional business

    Participating in networking opportunities to build relationships and promote the company

    Setting and achieving goals for sales volume, closing rate, and gross profit

    What We’re Looking For

    Nice-to-haves:

    Experience selling gutters, gutter guards, roofing, windows, siding, or other exterior home services

    In-home sales experience

    Several years of experience selling premium home improvement products
