Responsibilities: • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the services provided. • Utilize expert knowledge of the market, strong negotiation skills, and exceptional customer service to achieve the best outcomes for clients. • Grow a network of contacts through consistent prospecting and marketing efforts to attract new customers. • Participate in team-oriented activities such as group training sessions or seminars to enhance industry knowledge. • Communicate effectively and concisely with prospects and existing clients to establish trusting relationships. • Follow up on opportunities to drive sales and business growth. • Cultivate contacts, develop a client base, and consistently prospect for new customers to create opportunities. • Maintain accountability for daily prospecting efforts to succeed in the real estate industry. • Pursue continuous improvement of skills and knowledge through research, reading materials, and attending workshops or conferences. • Adhere to a disciplined approach to daily routines to efficiently achieve goals.
