    We’re looking for a marketing coordinator to join our tight-knit team of marketing professionals in their efforts to build the best brands. The ideal candidate is adept at coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, and brand promotion. Responsibilities: • Maintain our social media platforms including messages to our audience • Manage website content, mailing lists, SEO development, and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant • Create monthly breakdowns of our analytics on web and social, recommend improvements, and identify growth opportunities • Create marketing materials including website content, advertisements, social media posts, and other collateral that is polished and on-brand • Help marketing staff achieve our goals through the implementation of advertising, digital, and communication plans • Develop and implement a strategic annual marketing plan • Monitor, approve, and assist agent marketing to ensure compliance with brand standards, real estate commission rules, and other association rules • Streamline company materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message • Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely • Develop new community events and all signage to encourage and entice potential buyers • Develop, manage and deploy engagement opportunities for Agents/Clients/Strategic Partners and comprehensive launch campaigns for dissemination of collected content • Manage website design, content, SEO development, and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up-to-date and relevant • Become the subject matter expert on brokerage-provided marketing platforms and provide onboarding and ongoing training to agents • Assist in content creation and local campaign development for all social media accounting, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media posts, and helping respond to followers • Support the company and agent by tracking incoming leads/prospects so marketing campaigns can be adjusted accordingly to help ensure company growth • Plan and organize all team events, take photos, and then market on social media • Design, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns to various audiences, track, and report results Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related majors • 2 or more years of experience in an ad agency environment or related environment • Strong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms • Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic • Advanced knowledge of current market trends A Marketing Strategist must possess • Excellent communication skills • A positive and upbeat attitude • A genuine passion for creating engaging experiences both in person and online • Additionally, experience in graphic design, video editing, and photography is required • They should also maintain an open mind to new ideas and suggestions, be able to develop innovative and forward-thinking design concepts and have great attention to detail along with a proven understanding of the luxury audience Compensation: $36,000 - $55,000 yearly
