Currently in our seventh year, High Five Marketing Partners is a results-driven advertising and marketing agency. We blend the art and science of marketing to create beautiful work that delivers amazing results.

We are currently expanding our team and seeking an experienced advertising sales representative. The ideal candidate is one who has a successful record of developing business and relationships and is looking for a supportive and flexible work home.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and cultivate opportunities by performing activities such as developing ongoing relationships with previous customers, networking for new customers, or working with referral partners and influencers
• Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals; work with agency leadership and ad ops departments to develop when needed
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction by providing strategic advice to get the best ROI on their advertising investment by working closely with clients in a consultative role
• Work closely with the operations team throughout the term of the campaign to ensure the KPI’s are being fulfilled
• Be able to interpret market analytics data and convey campaign wins to clients in order to retain clients and grow existing clients’ continued confidence and investments

DESIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

• In-depth knowledge of traditional and digital advertising, digital platforms, technology trends, customer buying patterns, and budgeting
• 3+ years of outside sales experience in any advertising sales role (such as any digital advertising, TV advertising, radio advertising, newspaper advertising, etc.) with established client relationships
• Demonstrated record of goal attainment and account acquisition in a medium length sales cycle
• A natural problem-solver and teacher that can work with customers and prospects to deliver best solutions

· Ability to thrive in a boutique style agency with few layers of management
