    Job Description

    Looking for an energetic, passionate, and driven Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition Team. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will be responsible for guiding candidates through the hiring process and supporting the Head of Recruiting.

    Duties And Responsibilities:

    • In this role you will have to be highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, while managing your time efficiently.
    • The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will serve as an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and the important task of building candidate relationships.
    • Key tasks will involve coordinating interview logistics, assisting with requisition management, and providing additional support to the Talent Acquisition team.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant experience.
    • 1(+) year experience in a Talent Acquisition or Administrative support to an executive.

    Requirements And General Skills

    • Ability to support Recruiters in scheduling interviews for candidates, and coordinating logistics relating to the hiring process.
    • Ability to leverage Applicant Tracking Technology to preform assigned tasks.
    • Excellent follow-up skills, professional approach and business acumen
    • Ability to ensure data quality and integrity through transaction processing and regular email audits.
    • Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.
    • Ability to organize and prioritize with guidance; work independently or within teams, and meet deadlines
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to pay attention to details and be organized.
    • Ability to project professionalism over the phone and in person.
    • Commitment to "internal client" and customer service principles.
    • Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.
    • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

    Technical Skills

    • Strong understanding of Google Docs and G Suite.
    • Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM.
    • Experience with Zoom video conferencing technology.
    • Strong understanding of business acumen, professional email and correspondence and follow-up experience.
