DryTech is a well-established and trusted water, fire, and mold restoration company serving New Jersey, Staten Island, and Rockland County, NY. We respond to emergency property losses, work directly with homeowners and insurance carriers, and move quickly to stabilize and restore properties.
We don’t generate “maybes.” We generate real, urgent leads.
The Role
We’re looking for a closer who can walk into a home, assess the situation, build trust fast, and secure the job.
This is not a passive account manager role. This is in-home sales with urgency.
If you’re not comfortable asking for the signature on the first visit, this will not be a fit.
What You’ll Do
Run pre-scheduled inspections (no cold calling, no door knocking)
Evaluate and sell services for:
Water damage
Fire/smoke damage
Mold issues
Meet homeowners on-site and take control of the conversation
Clearly explain scope, process, and next steps
Close the job on the first visit whenever possible
Document the loss (photos, notes, measurements)
Coordinate with:
Homeowners
Insurance adjusters
Plumbers and referral partners
Oversee jobs at a high level:
Ensure what was sold is delivered
Keep communication tight
Handle issues without drama
What We’re Looking For
Proven closer in:
Water Restoration, Home services, construction, roofing, HVAC, solar, or similar
Strong in-home sales presence
Able to:
Build trust quickly
Control the conversation
Ask for the sale confidently
Organized with follow-up and communication
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Restoration/insurance experience is a plus, not required
Compensation
Commission-based with uncapped earnings
Realistic first-year income: $120K+ (if you actually close)
