As our Director of Operations, you’ll play a pivotal role in streamlining processes, ensuring contracts and marketing run smoothly, and supporting our agents so they can focus on serving clients. If you’re motivated by the idea of professional growth, operational excellence, and being part of a team committed to success, we’d love to connect with you. • Salary range: $45,000-$55,000 • Performance-based bonuses • Paid time off and holidays • Professional development opportunities • A supportive and collaborative work environment Responsibilities: • Partner with the team owner on both administrative and business initiatives. • Provide hands-on support to multiple agents with scheduling, coordination, and productivity tools. • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence while keeping calendars organized. • Maintain accuracy and consistency within the team’s CRM and database systems. • Coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns for listings, brand awareness, and team growth across digital and social platforms. • Design and prepare high-quality listing presentations and marketing collateral that generate impact. • Lead the process from contract to close, ensuring deadlines and compliance are met. • Deliver a seamless and positive client experience throughout the transaction. • Proactively anticipate challenges, resolve issues, and maintain strong communication with all parties. • Oversee the daily operations of the office to ensure efficiency across the business. • Monitor expenses, assist with budgets, and ensure accurate financial tracking. • Implement and refine systems that support communication, project management, and process improvements. • Guide and support transaction coordinators and administrative staff with onboarding, training, and performance reviews. • Assist in hiring, developing, and holding team members accountable to high standards. • Foster a culture of organization, accountability, and operational excellence. Qualifications: • 2+ years in an administrative or management role with a team. • Real estate and management experience are a strong plus! • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through. • Exceptional organizational and project management skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines and budgets. • Discretion with confidential information. • Financial management skills. • Calm under pressure, growth-focused, and service-minded. Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly
