This is a multifaceted leadership position where you will manage day-to-day operations for a real estate team and its partners. You’ll oversee our systems, team members, client experience, and office culture, all while embodying and protecting our core values. Compensation & Benefits: • Base salary: $70,000 - $80,000 • Bonus Potential • Growth Opportunities Responsibilities: • Design, implement, and manage systems supporting transaction coordination, internal and client communications, financial and data management, lead tracking, and marketing operations. • Help create a streamlined SOP with written procedures and video training. • Oversee all financial functions, including payroll, commission collection, budgeting, and financial reporting. • Supervise contract flow from initiation to close, providing operational support to transaction management staff throughout the process. • Coordinate office equipment purchases, inventory, setup, and ongoing maintenance. • Recruit, train, and hold accountable all members of the administrative team to ensure operational excellence. • Collaborate with leadership to recruit and onboard new sales agents. • Work alongside the marketing team to uphold brand consistency and streamline operational processes. • Monitor and maintain accurate records related to sales performance, accountability, and goal achievement at the individual and team level. • Manage tracking systems for sales performance and ROI on all lead generation initiatives. • Oversee system training to ensure team members are confident and compliant in using operational and lead management tools. • Lead and support the listing department to ensure smooth workflows and exceptional service. • Manage agent onboarding programs, including coordinating admin support through 30-60-90 day milestones. • Develop and implement structured onboarding and accountability tools for onboarding success. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Real estate license required, or actively pursuing a license. • 1–3 years of service and management experience. • 3–5 years of administrative experience, preferably in real estate. • A finisher with a can-do attitude!
