Compensation: • $60,000 – $70,000 annually • Paid Time Off + Paid Holidays (KW Calendar) • Growth Opportunity Responsibilities: • Oversee and maintain the client database and CRM to ensure accuracy and up-to-date records • Manage recurring client touchpoints and referral mailouts • Coordinate client appreciation events throughout the year • Serve as the primary liaison between the team and our social media company • Execute all administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism • Collaborate effectively with vendors, team members, and market center staff to support seamless daily operations Qualifications: • Self-starter with initiative and independence • Excellent writing and composition skills • Expert in systems and transaction management • Detail-oriented and proactive with timely follow-ups • Versatile across admin, events, and client support • Solutions-driven, growth-minded, people-focused Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 base salary
