Compensation & Benefits • Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000 (commensurate with experience) • Paid Time Off • Profit Sharing • Opportunities for professional development, education, and growth within the team Responsibilities: • Manage and optimize the leader’s daily schedule, ensuring priorities, boundaries, and commitments stay aligned. • Anticipate needs and solve problems before they become problems. • Act as a communication gatekeeper—drafting, editing, and organizing internal and external communication. • Prepare documents, presentations, meeting agendas, and follow-ups with clarity and precision. • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity and professionalism. • Support daily operational tasks to keep the team running smoothly. • Maintain digital and physical filing systems, ensuring information is accessible, organized, and up to date. • Assist with the creation and upkeep of team resources, SOPs, checklists, and workflows. • Oversee office supplies, tools, and tech needs; coordinate with vendors and service providers. • Assist with client care tasks, sending updates, preparing materials, and supporting a warm, consistent client experience. • Coordinate scheduling for showings, inspections, and appointments as needed. • Support agent onboarding, training logistics, and access to tools and resources. • Help manage ongoing projects, deadlines, and priorities across the team. • Track progress and ensure tasks stay on schedule, offering reminders and follow-through. • Support marketing and community initiatives with logistics, communication, and coordination. • Support the logistics and execution of client events, team gatherings, trainings, and community partnerships. • Help nurture a culture of service, learning, kindness, and continuous improvement. • Represent the team with warmth, professionalism, and a commitment to equity and inclusion. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Real estate experience is a plus; willingness to learn is required. • 2–4 years of administrative, executive support, or operations experience. • Comfort with technology, project management tools, and CRM systems. • High level of discretion, emotional intelligence, and professionalism. • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Calm under pressure and grounded in solutions. • Service-based, equity-minded, and people-centered. • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking initiative without being asked. • Coachable, learning-based, and collaborative. • Able to hold others accountable with clarity and kindness. • Values-aligned, mission-driven, and committed to excellence.
