    Zukin Realty is seeking a high-level Executive Assistant to act as a strategic right hand helping drive executive priorities while maintaining visibility into key operational functions across a commercial real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and business-oriented, with the ability to manage complex priorities, think ahead, and operate with a high level of discretion, professionalism, and ownership. Compensation • Base Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 • Health Benefits • 401(k) • Paid Time Off Responsibilities: Executive Support & Strategic Coordination (60%) • Manage and optimize the President’s calendar, priorities, and daily workflow • Prepare for meetings, including agendas, briefing materials, and follow-ups • Screen and prioritize communications; draft responses and executive correspondence • Prepare, review, and organize reports, presentations, and internal documentation • Maintain confidential corporate records and ensure accurate documentation systems • Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders • Support special projects, business initiatives, and cross-functional coordination Operational Oversight & Property Coordination (40%) • Oversee high-level operations of the commercial portfolio, ensuring properties run efficiently • Serve as a point of coordination for tenant relations, vendors, and internal teams (not day-to-day property management) • Monitor property performance, including budgets, rent collections, and reporting in coordination with internal teams • Ensure lease timelines, renewals, and compliance requirements are tracked and executed • Coordinate with the COO, contractors, and vendors on property improvements, tenant fit-outs, and acquisitions • Maintain visibility into property operations to proactively identify issues and opportunities **Marketing & Leasing Support ** • Lead or coordinate marketing efforts for available commercial spaces • Oversee listing creation, online marketing, signage, and broker outreach • Support leasing initiatives by coordinating showings and responding to inquiries • Assist in positioning properties competitively in the market during vacancy periods Qualifications: • 4+ years of experience in executive support, operations, legal, or commercial real estate • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities • Business acumen with exposure to real estate operations, leasing, or property performance • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and property management or CRM systems (e.g., AppFolio is a plus) • Ability to work independently while supporting a fast-paced executive • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field • Experience with AppFolio or other Real Estate programs is a plus. • Having a Real Estate license is helpful but not necessary Key Competencies • Executive-level organization and time management • Strategic thinking and problem-solving • Attention to detail and follow-through • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Adaptability and initiative Working Conditions • Office-based with regular property site visits; occasional evenings or weekends for urgent issues or events • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 yearly
