WHEN DO WE SERVE OUR CUSTOMERS?
- Full-time associates work three or four days a week, up to 10.5 hours a day. Flexible schedule availability and weekend availability are required.
- We deliver seven days a week, starting at approximately 6:30 AM each day. There is no scheduled end time; drivers work until their daily assignments are complete, and we've finished delivering on our commitments for the day.
- Paid overtime may be available. Mandatory overtime may be required during peak shopping seasons.
A TYPICAL SHIFT AS A DELIVERY ASSOCIATE INCLUDES:
- Helping colleagues and customers with a smile and positive attitude every day.
- Hand loading packages into vans at the start of each shift, lifting pre-sorted bags and individual boxes weighing up to 50 lbs each.
- Safely operating a high-roof cargo delivery van, driving 75-125 miles per shift while maintaining safe driving scores at all times as measured by a vehicle telematics system.
- Use a handheld smartphone device for GPS route navigation, to view customer delivery information, to communicate with dispatchers, and to accurately manage the delivery process at approximately 200 stops per shift.
- Staying active, including walking 8-12 miles and climbing 20-40 flights of stairs per shift while delivering packages to homes, apartment complexes, and commercial buildings. You will regularly lift, bend, reach, and crouch while loading/unloading vehicles and delivering packages.
- Working outdoors and driving in all-weather conditions and various temperature extremes, including heat, cold, moisture, and wind.

Pre-Employment Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment (you do NOT need a commercial driver's license (CDL) – a standard driver's license is sufficient).
