We’re looking for people to support sales goals through effective sales techniques and quality customer service GOALS: Create / Convert / Close 20 approved buyers working at all times 50 showings per week to fully qualified buyers Average 5 homes shown before writing an offer Responsibilities: REQUIREMENTS: • Daily 7am Accountability Call • 5 days in office per week (25 hours) when not showing • 3 hours prospecting for new business / 2 hours follow up • Monday Sales meeting / Tuesday Team meeting • Master Scripts • NC/SC Real Estate License Qualifications: RESPONSIBILITIES: • Report daily activities • Maintain CRM • Expert on market and inventory • Contribute to HPREA mission/vision by meeting your personal goals • Live our Core Values KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & OTHER ABILITIES: • Oral & written communication skills • Customer service skills • Organizational skills • Professionalism • Time management skills Compensation: $45,000-60,000+ (Base + commission)
