Assistant Transaction Coordinator - REAL ESTATE
High Performance Real Estate Advisors (HPREA) is looking for a top-notch ASSISTANT TRANSACTION COORDINATOR to join our team of Real Estate Professionals. The Assistant Transaction Coordinator is responsible for managing positive relationships with our clients, getting properties from contract to agreement, and ultimately supporting our transaction team throughout the life-cycle of a given real estate transaction. This position requires a well-organized, service-minded individual with good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
REQUIREMENTS:
MUST HAVE NC/SC REAL ESTATE LICENSE.
MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER!
Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Motivated self-starter with strong project management skills, attention to detail, customer service skills
Proficient with technology such as Microsoft Office and Google Apps.
Experience with other real estate technology preferred.
