We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Social Media & Marketing Specialist with strong attention to detail and exceptional work ethic to join our high performing team. Our team works in a fast-paced environment that embraces initiative and autonomy and offers a positive and encouraging environment to make a difference. The successful candidate will work directly with our CEO to increase brand awareness, drive lead generation and grow sales by managing our social media and content marketing calendar, coaching our sales team on how to grow their own business through social media and executing on new and existing campaigns.

• Motivate, coach and mentor Sales Agents on how to effectively expand their business through Social Media and creative Marketing ideas
• Have proven experience as a Marketing & Social Media Expert
• Strong understanding of online and offline marketing principles
• Thrive in a high-intensity, fast-paced, virtual environment with many moving parts
• Enjoy managing details, providing flawless execution and you're naturally tech savvy
• Excel at prioritizing workflow, possess an intuitive approach, and anticipate needs
• Work independently by being self-directed and motivated
• Possess a high level of resourcefulness and creativity
• Communicate clearly and concisely with a solution-oriented mindset
• Strong working knowledge of Google Suite apps and social media platforms
• Experience in real estate is HIGHLY PREFERRED

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Support and coach Sales, Operations and Recruiting in implementing new marketing campaigns
• Optimize Social Media presence and drive increased online interaction
• Gather client testimonials for video and other distribution sources
• Provide marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing, and reporting data and trends. (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
• Assist in the organizing of client and team events
• Assist in creating and posting online content on the company's website, social media accounts and blog
• Assist in writing marketing literature and online content to augment the company's presence in the market
• Assist with the production of marketing materials and literature
• Prepare letters, postcards and related mailers by formatting content/graphics and coordinating design and print production resources
• Coordinate the production of a wide range of marketing communications and related activities
• Handle listing and social proof marketing on all social media platforms
