The Opportunity
We’re seeking an Orthodontic Assistant (or RDA open to learning orthodontics) who wants to stay sharp, grow their skills, and contribute to a high-energy, fast-moving team—all while maintaining a flexible, part-time schedule.

What You’ll Do
Assist the orthodontist with clinical procedures, including bonding, adjustments, and wire changes
Capture diagnostic records (photos, x-rays, scans)
Create a welcoming, confident experience for every patient
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked clinical space
Keep patient flow running smoothly throughout the day
Accurately chart and update patient information
Follow all OSHA, HIPAA, and California Dental Board standards
Qualifications
Required:
Active California OA or RDA license (with interest in orthodontics)
Strong communication and people skills
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Positive attitude with a willingness to jump in and help
Preferred:
Previous orthodontic experience
Familiarity with digital systems (Cloud 9, iTero)
