We're Hiring: High School Admissions Recruiter

Do you enjoy building relationships, presenting to groups, and helping students discover exciting career opportunities?

We're looking for a High School Admissions Recruiter to serve as the face of our institution throughout the community. In this role, you'll partner with high school counselors, teachers, parents, and students to introduce career-focused education opportunities and guide prospective students through the admissions process.

What You'll Be Doing

\- Build and maintain relationships with high schools throughout your territory

\- Visit schools, attend career fairs, and deliver engaging classroom presentations and parent information sessions

\- Meet one-on-one with prospective students to discuss career goals and determine program fit

\- Coordinate campus tours, hands-on demonstrations, and admissions interviews

\- Partner with Financial Aid, Career Services, and campus leadership to provide an outstanding student experience

\- Maintain accurate prospect information while managing your recruitment pipeline

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of admissions, recruiting, outreach, sales, or student services experience
• Outstanding presentation and public speaking skills
• Strong relationship-building abilities with students, educators, and community partners
• Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills
• Comfortable traveling throughout an assigned territory
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Experience in career or technical education is a plus but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

- $60,000-$70,000 base salary
