Responsibilities: • Create engaging and dynamic lesson plans for high school dance classes • Implement effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive learning environment • Choreograph and teach dance routines that cater to the skill levels of high school students • Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their dance techniques • Organize and oversee dance performances and events showcasing the students' talents Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience teaching dance to high school students • Proficient in various dance styles such as ballet, jazz, contemporary, and hip hop • Strong classroom management skills • Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans • US work authorization Compensation: $30 - $35 hourly
