EMIT Learning is hiring a Special Education Teacher (Visually Impaired) to support students with mild to moderate disabilities for the 2025 to 2026 school year in Redwood City , CA.
Position Details.
Location: Redwood City, CA
Job Type: Full Time. Onsite
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Pay: $55 to $70 per hour
Credential: CA Mild to Moderate or Visual impairment
Responsibilities:
Provide specialized instruction for Visually Impaired students
Develop and manage IEPs
Collaborate with general education teachers and families
Track student progress and maintain documentation
Qualifications:
Valid CA Visually Impaired Specialist Credential
Special education experience preferred
Strong communication and organization skills
