About the Role:

We are looking for passionate educato for our English, Spanish, Art, Bible Truths, Technology and Art classes who are committed to fostering academic excellence and spiritual growth among our students.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.

Encourage critical thinking and foster a love for learning in students.

Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback.

Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance instructional practices.

Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding academic progress.

Integrate technology into the classroom to enhance learning experiences.

Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current in educational best practices.

Requirements:

Profess Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.

State teaching certification for high school education.

Experience in teaching high school subjects, preferably in a Christian setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.

Commitment to the mission and values of a Christian educational institution.

Proficient in using educational technology and tools.

Passion for mentoring and guiding students in their academic and spiritual journeys.
