High-Ticket AI Sales Consultant (BDR)
100% Remote · Commission-Only · 1099 Contractor

The role
As a High-Ticket AI Sales Consultant (BDR) , you’ll open new markets, book owner-level conversations, and fuel a fast pipeline for our closers—or become one yourself as you advance. You’ll use our scripts, live coaching, and Go High Level CRM to prospect, qualify, and set high-intent demos for roofing and other local business verticals.
What you’ll do
Prospect daily: High-volume outbound to business owners (cold calls, SMS, email, social).
Book qualified appointments/interviews with decision-makers and show up prepared.
Pitch with clarity: Explain Virexa’s AI agents and Nexus platform benefits in plain English.
Own your pipeline: Log every touchpoint, move deals, and report progress inside Virexa Nexus.
Collaborate & iterate: Work with sales/ops to sharpen messaging, rebuttals, and workflows.
Hit your numbers: Consistently meet or exceed KPIs for call volume, appointments, and opportunities created.

Compensation (Commission-Only, 1099)
20% of the upfront setup fee on each new client you close.
10% monthly residuals on the client’s subscription for as long as they stay active.
Quarterly performance bonuses (reset every quarter) tied to revenue you generate:
* $50k closed → **$5k** bonus
* $100k → **$10k** bonus
* $200k → **$20k** bonus
* $300k → **$30k** bonus
* $400k → **$40k** bonus
* $500k → **$50k** bonus
Sales_Associate_Offer_Letter
Structure: This is a 1099 independent contractor role. You control your schedule and methods while following brand, messaging, and CRM standards. Not an employee/employer relationship.
KPIs & expectations
500+ cold calls per week
2+ qualified appointments per week
Clean CRM hygiene after every conversation
Uphold Virexa values: innovation, integrity, client success
Growth path (earn more, faster)
Week-1 Onboarding (Mon–Fri): CRM, outreach, objection handling, live roleplay.
Appointment-Setting Phase: Book meetings and sit in on live sales calls.
Advance to Closing: After 10 qualified appointments + 5 live sales meetings + closing-script proficiency, you can close your own deals.
Residual Engine: Closing unlocks ongoing 10% monthly residuals on your book.
