Position: Appointment Setter Location: Remote (Work from anywhere) Type: Part-Time or Full-Time Compensation: Commission only + bonuses ($40k-$50k per year) Responsibilities: • Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the client’s needs are met • Use CRM software to maintain a database of current information on new sales opportunities as well as existing customers • Entice customers to use our services again by following up via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication after initial purchase • Produce sales reports on a regular basis to present a status update on progress towards company customer acquisition goals • Close deals that achieve the best deal possible by upselling Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls and respond to inbound leads • Qualify prospects using a provided script and criteria • Set appointments for our closers or sales team • Maintain CRM records and follow-up tasks • Meet or exceed daily/weekly quotas Qualifications: • Strong verbal and written English communication skills • Proven experience in cold calling or customer service is a plus • Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented • Able to handle objections and build rapport quickly • Comfortable using CRM tools and dialers (we’ll train you!)
