    Position Highlights:

    Independent contractor / performance-based role/uncapped income potential

    Remote / flexible hours (part-time or full-time)

    Collaborate, with global teams across multiple time zones

    Compensation based on product sales (up to 80% profit) with earnings potential of up to $5,000 per sale and above

    Who This Is Ideal For:

    This Role is best suited for Self-directed individuals-

    Experienced (3+ years) in a corporate, leadership, or client-facing environment

    Self-directed, disciplined, and growth-oriented

    Comfortable working independently without micromanagement

    Open to learning structured digital systems and social media (FB, Instagram, LinkedIn)

    Passionate about leadership and helping others succeed

    Responsibilities Include:

    Promote and sell internationally recognized development programs and events

    Utilize digital tools to engage, track, and support qualified prospects

    Conduct consultations and guide candidates through the sales process

    Represent, the brand with professionalism and integrity

    Commit to ongoing learning and skill development

    What You Will NOT Do:

    🚫 Cold calling

    🚫 High-pressure selling

    🚫 Micromanagement or time tracking

    Basic Requirements:

    Laptop and smartphone

    Stable internet connection

    Minimum 10–15 hours per week availability

    Ability to attend virtual training calls via Zoom

    Independent mindset and desire to build long-term income

    Compensation:

    This is a project-based contractor position. Compensation/Income is based on product sales, with earnings potential of up to $5,000 per sale. There is no base salary or hourly pay.
