    Position Overview:

    VI-A is hiring High-Ticket Inside Sales Closers to support our rapidly expanding commercial restoration division. This is a hybrid role, combining remote flexibility with in-office collaboration.

    In this position, you’ll work with qualified inbound and referral leads, conduct virtual sales presentations, and help commercial property owners navigate large-loss restoration projects typically ranging from $500,000 to $750,000+.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Manage and close qualified inbound and referral commercial restoration leads
    • Conduct virtual sales presentations via phone and video conferencing
    • Guide commercial clients through the restoration and insurance process
    • Maintain and manage a structured sales pipeline
    • Participate in ongoing sales, leadership, and professional development training

    Compensation & Pay Structure:

    VI-A offers an industry-leading, performance-based compensation plan designed for high performers.

    • Commission-based, no earning cap
