The Role

This isn’t an entry-level sales job. As a Closer, you’ll work with warm, pre-qualified leads — homeowners who are already interested and ready to move forward. Your job is simple: guide them through the final steps and seal the deal.

What You’ll Do

Meet with pre-set, qualified homeowners in person

Deliver presentations and overcome objections with confidence

Close deals consistently and hit/exceed aggressive sales targets

Collaborate with our team to ensure clients have a seamless experience

What We’re Looking For

Proven track record of closing high-ticket deals (home improvement, solar, real estate, or related industry a plus)

Relentless drive, competitiveness, and hunger for success

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Local to Los Angeles (must be in person in Hollywood office)
