    Job Summary
    We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong background in kitchen management, catering, and food safety. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating innovative menus, overseeing kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and design creative features that reflect current culinary trends while meeting customer preferences.
    • Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
    • Oversee daily kitchen operations, shift execution, including inventory management, food preparation, and sanitation practices.
    • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
    • Collaborate with catering teams to plan and execute events, ensuring exceptional service and culinary excellence.
    • Manage shift schedules to optimize staff performance and maintain efficient kitchen operations.
    • Monitor food costs and waste management to ensure profitability while maintaining quality standards.
    • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and professional growth among kitchen staff.

    Experience

    • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role within the culinary industry. High end Steak & Seafood with primal butchering and whole fish breakdown experience preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food service.
    • Demonstrated ability to supervise kitchen staff effectively while fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.
    • Experience in event services is highly desirable. t.
    • Strong leadership qualities with effective communication skills to manage diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

    Pay: $83,000.00 - $93,000.00 per year
