The First Impressions and Spiritual Growth Track Associate Director is responsible for executing all administrative tasks, events, and weekend service responsibilities of the First Impressions and Spiritual Growth Track.
Duties and Responsibilities
First Impressions
Weekly oversights with support staff and direct report to Campus Pastor
Report weekly ministry wins and department updates in staff meetings
Set vision and goals for the team and leaders
Oversee scheduling for First Impressions weekly
Develop, maintain, and grow the team through weekly communication with the FI team and leaders, organizing training, and curating weekly huddle content
Oversee weekend service set-up
Oversee various administrative tasks for First Impressions
Oversee and manage the FI budget
Plan and execute volunteer appreciation events throughout the year (Dream Team Night, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Easter & Christmas, Night of Worship, Prayer & Fasting, etc)
Oversee and manage all inventory (includes all Hospitality inventory, connect cards, pens, giving envelopes, FTG gifts, etc)
Oversee and manage the onboarding and offboarding of all First Impressions volunteers
Monthly audit of volunteers in all systems
Oversee the weekly hospitality order and campus water order
Oversee the Hospitality employee
Oversee any Bunn Machine maintenance needed for hospitality
Oversee the calendaring for ministry events
Oversee the execution of weekend Dream Team Huddles
Oversee the execution of special events (Easter & Christmas)
Oversee monthly cash box reconciliation
Oversee first-time guest process
Other projects and duties as assigned
Spiritual Growth Track
Carry vision and set goals to help grow SGT ministry
Develop and grow the SGT volunteer team
Manage calendaring for all SGT Events and trainings
Set and lead training for team growth yearly
Oversee the New Believer process
Oversee the execution of weekend Communion
Oversee and manage the SGT budget
Oversee weekly Martus number input
Observe when high-attended weekends are coming up
Report ministry wins highlighted in #’s in the weekly staff meetings
Oversee Baptism prep and execute Baptism teams and events
Oversee Membership prep and execute Membership teams and classes
Oversee and manage all SGT inventory (Bibles, Baptism shorts/shirts/bags, Communion, etc)
Submit monthly SGT inventory audit to Finance
Assist with special events (Group launches, Easter, Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Dream Team Night, etc)
Other projects and duties as assigned
