REVERSE DEPARTMENT IS HIRING!

RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:

• Shipping files to investors, back up for HUD insuring
• Maintain contact between investing companies and title/county
• Receive and log all trailing docs for post-closing
• Ship files to HUD and review documents for completeness
• Gather all conditions and obtain/review items from operations staff in order to have loan purchased
• Maintain accurate files on all loans being sold to investors
• MERS compliance
• Reviewing trailing documents for completeness/accuracy
• Process goodbye letters to borrowers at time of loan purchase

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Must have excellent problem solving skills

• Self‐motivated

• Ability to meet production, quality and service standards

• Ability to work in a fast‐paced, high volume environment
