Your New Employer 

A fully integrated real estate company for over 45 years, you will be joining a business who specialize in the management of residential, commercial and industrial assets. With their Head Office in Markham, and a focus on the Greater Toronto Area, the business is looking for a Property Manager for their residential portfolio in Mississauga and GTA West.

Your New Role

As Property Manager, you will manage a portfolio of up to 1,000 residential units in an efficient and effective manner with the highest level of customer service to residents. You will be responsible for the financial performance of the portfolio, the oversight of staff and ensuring all operations are within the standards of safety and customer service.

What Sets You Apart

You will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential property management or a related field, with exposure to portfolios upwards of 1,000 units. You possess a strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act - post-secondary degree in Finance or Business is preferred. A CPM designation is highly valued.

You demonstrate strong leadership and change management skills to influence the efforts of your team. You will have excellent communication (both verbal and written), strong organizational, and analytical skills. Your approach is warm, friendly and service-oriented, with a firm desire to build relationships and solve problems. A competitive spirit will also serve you well.
