    OPEN POSITIONS:

    • We are hiring now for several remote, full-time, temporary/seasonal (5-6 month positions) that begin April 1 and April 29 - with the possibility of permanent employment at the conclusion of the temporary term.
      • These team members will help coordinate outdoor travel stays, manage customer relationships and questions, and work with site hosts to provide excellent customer service for a client who specializes in unique private property and public campsites, RV parks, tree houses, cabins, etc., for outdoor adventurers.
      • Most inquiries will be via email, so strong writing skills are a MUST. There will also be voicemails to return occasionally, and inbound phone inquiries may be added later.
      • You will be working with both campers and site hosts - the ability to create a connection and handle these inquiries with confidence and white gloves is key!
      • You will also be working directly with our client, providing back-office support (from your home), so good communication skills and computer expertise are important as well.
      • Approximately 38 hours a week, with potential overtime opportunities. Flexibility will be needed as the company continues it’s incredible growth.
      • WEEKEND AVAILABILITY WILL BE REQUIRED FOR MOST POSITIONS.
      • We must have your commitment and dependability for the full, temporary term.
      • We provide paid training, ongoing coaching and feedback, and a fun and supportive environment.
      • NOTE: You will need to use your own computer and allow us to add our antivirus security software to it for the period of employment.

    REALLY IMPORTANT STUFF:

    • Reliability, professionalism, a strong work ethic, good writing skills, and the ability to think on your feet are VERY important!
    • You must have a quiet, private, distraction-free workspace.
    • Our systems require a direct ethernet cable connection (no satellite or WiFi) and strong internet bandwidth (minimum 10 mbps download/3 mbps upload) from a reliable provider (check your speed at www.speedtest.net before applying to see if you qualify).
