    OPEN POSITION:

    • E-COMMERCE - We are hiring now for this full-time “E-Commerce” customer service specialist position. You will assist our online retail clients by answering customer questions concerning product information, sizing help, package tracking, and returns/exchanges, etc.!
    • Additionally, we expect to add backoffice/operations tasks and responsibilities to this position once you are up and running - IT IS AN IMPORTANT GROWTH POSITION!
    • You must be available Monday-Friday, 6a-2p Pacific and reliability is extremely important.
      • E-Commerce agents provide enthusiastic, empathetic, and solutions-focused customer service through phone, email, and live chat channels. 
      • E-Commerce agents must be detail oriented and able to juggle many responsibilities with multiple tabs at once. 
      • We provide the computer, paid training, and a fun and supportive environment.

    REALLY IMPORTANT STUFF:

    • Reliability, professionalism, a strong work ethic, good writing skills, and the ability to think on your feet are VERY important!  
    • You must have a quiet, private, distraction-free workspace.
    • Our systems require a direct ethernet cable connection (no satellite or WiFi) and strong internet bandwidth (minimum 10 mbps download/3 mbps upload) from a reliable provider (check your speed at www.speedtest.net before applying to see if you qualify).
