Job Description

Qualified One-On-One Preschool Educational Aides will have 1-2 years’ experience working with preschool children with disabilities. A high school diploma or equivalent and a passing score on the Paraprofessional Exam are the minimum requirements for this position. One-On-One Educational Aides assist and accompany a student with disabilities throughout their day at school and create a safe and nurturing learning environment. Other duties include cleaning classrooms and preparing instructional materials related to classroom lessons. _ _

Additional Information

A 180-day probation period must be completed. Individual must be able to pass BCI and FBI criminal background checks as required by the Ohio Revised Code; pass a preemployment drug screen, physical TB test, and have a valid Ohio driver’s license with a clean driving record and a satisfactory MVR CORSA score.
