Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to home visitation, parent education of families with children in the birth to three-year population. Willingness to work from home in a home-based office setting is a must. You must also be willing to visit families participating in the program virtually and at their homes. Skills/Training: Must be eligible for credentialing under ODH rules, must attend all state mandated trainings and additional trainings as deemed appropriate by the Program Manager.

Qualifications

A minimum of an associate degree (bachelor’s degree preferred) in Psychology, Education, Early Childhood Education, Healthcare, Licensed Social Worker or Registered Nurse or another related field with experience in case management, ability to maintain a caseload, and meet mandates and timelines.

Additional Information

A 180-day probation period must be completed. Individual must be able to pass BCI and FBI criminal background checks as required by the Ohio Revised Code; pass a preemployment drug screen, physical and TB test, and have a valid Ohio driver’s license with a clean driving record and a satisfactory MVR CORSA score.
