In search of a quality sales representative for our Deerfield Beach, Florida location. This is a high-speed, result-orientated work environment that rewards success. Business is BOOMING, and we are looking for the driven money makers willing to learn. We provide a two-week training program then it’s off to the races. Targeted pre-qualified leads will be provided to ensure your success. This position is in the Financial Industry, so we are looking for honorable, upbeat, motivated individuals that exemplify hard work and effort. WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A FUNDING COORDINATOR:

• Phone Sales!
• A mixture of cold calling and making outbound calls on warm leads
• Send emails and texts to follow up on your pipeline of leads
• Utilize a consultative sales approach to explain our programs and services
• Be an effective closer
• Manage your leads/calendar/time efficiently to ensure that all monthly sales goals are met

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN AN INSIDE SALES REP:

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, call center or inside sales experience preferred
• Experience as a Loan Officer, Mortgage Banker, Student Loan Advisor, Consumer Loan Officer or similar works well in our environment
• A strong hunger for financial success
• A self-starter and a need to exceed goals
• An articulate, confident, and conscientious communicator
• Excellent active listening skills
• A trainable, coachable, constant learner
• A multi-tasker with amazing organizational skills and great attention to detail
• Technical savvy; able to use multiple computer systems while in conversation with a client

Job Type: Full-time

Earning Potential: $30,000.00 - $90,000.00+ per year

Schedule: (Recommended)

• 9am-7pm 10 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
• Bonus Pay
